• A team squad will consist of 15 members.

Tournament Trial Month

• (1) Silver Ticket First Trial: Will be held in October across India in Zone Y designated centers, information for which will be available via email, the tournament website, tournament Instagram page, and its host Facebook page.
• (2) Golden Ticket Trial (Second Trial): Will be held in November.
• Tournament Auction Month: Scheduled between 01/12/2025 and 10/12/2025.
• Tournament Commencement Date: Will begin between December 15th and December 20th.
• Title Final Match: Scheduled for December 25th, 2025.
• Important Dates Related to the Tournament (from time to time): Will be available on the tournament website, tournament WhatsApp group, players' emails, and other social media platforms associated with the tournament (Facebook/Instagram page).

Rules & Regulations

1. All teams are eligible to have 15 players.
2. Registration of all players in the tournament is mandatory.
3. Pools will be determined for all 16 teams in the tournament, and the selection of these pools will be done through a lucky draw system on the auction day itself.
4. League matches and quarter-final matches of the tournament will be played with 10 overs each, and the semi-finals and final will be of 15 overs each.
5. The registration for the tournament will be online.
6. All matches and the auction will be broadcast live.
7. Each team is eligible to retain 2 registered players in their squad.
8. Apart from the retained players, the selection of the remaining 13 players in each team will be done through the auction method.
9. It is mandatory for all players who register for the tournament to undergo trials at the designated centers.

First Trial Silver Ticket

Players who pass this trial will be provided with a Silver Ticket and these participants will be eligible for the next trial.

Second Trial Gold Ticket

Players who pass this trial will be provided with a Golden Ticket and will be eligible for the auction.

11. It is mandatory for every team to have 5 players from the 5 designated zones (meaning each team must have 1 player from each of the five determined zones).
12. The trials for all the states included in the 5 designated zones across India will be held in their respective states at designated locations.
13. The final and the second trial will have one designated center in each state as per Zone Y division.
14. The selection of all players who receive the Golden Ticket will be done through the auction method (excluding the two retained players).
15. It will be mandatory for 15 players selected after the auction to play in the 16 teams of the tournament. After being selected in the auction, a caution money of ₹ 2000 has to be deposited, and this caution money will be returned on the day the players' journey in the tournament ends.
16. It will be mandatory for the selected player to play in the tournament and follow the guidelines provided by the tournament. If any player fails to do so, they may be banned from the tournament.
17. All team owners must note that the responsibility for the two released players in the tournament lies entirely with the team owner, and if your released players do not come to the tournament, you will have to play with the remaining squad.
18. The auction money determined for the 13 players selected in each team's auction must be deposited with the organizing committee, and this money will be provided to the players with video recording as soon as a team's journey in the tournament ends.
19. All 16 team owners participating in the tournament must deposit the ownership fees of ₹ 51,000 and the auction money of ₹ 1,80,000 with the organizing committee within the given time.
20. The facility for online registration will also be available for all 16 team owners participating in the organizing committee, where you all can make gateway payments.
21. All 16 team owners participating in the event must note that the travel expenses of the 15 players selected in their group will have to be borne by them (this money will not be included in the auction amount).
22. All 16 team owners participating in the event will note that after participating in the tournament, the organizing committee will arrange for your accommodation in a hotel, which will include morning tea, breakfast, and dinner, and lunch will be available at the ground.
23. All matches of the event will be played during the day with 7t 7t heavy green balls.
24. The umpire's decision in the tournament will be final, after which the decision of the organizing committee must be accepted in any doubtful situation.
25. The auction money bid on the players will be provided to them only if the said player comes to play in the tournament.
26. If any selected player does not participate in the tournament, their caution money (security) deposit will be forfeited, and the said player will be banned from the tournament.
27. A player selected after the auction in the tournament will not be considered selected until the said player deposits the caution money of ₹ 2000.
28. Players who do not participate in the tournament even after following all the guidelines of the event will face disciplinary action, which may include a ban for several years, and the team owner will be given the facility to include any unsold players from the auction in their squad.
29. The dress code for all teams participating in the tournament will be determined by the organizing committee, and the organizing committee will provide the dress code to all teams.
30. The dates for the tournament trials, zone-wise, will be updated on the website from time to time by the organizing committee.
31. Once a player is sold in the tournament auction, they cannot be unsold, and if any team does so, they will have to provide a valid reason with evidence.
32. Players registered for the tournament from all over India can give their trials anywhere in India according to their convenience. And the players who get selected in the trials process, after being selected, will be kept in the zone they belong to.
